Quartco Creates
Based in Ash, Sevenoaks, Kent, Quartco is a second generation family run business specialising in the design and manufacture of a wide range of precision engineered components, predominantly in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
We also survey, design, fabricate and install structural steelwork and a wide range of architectural glass and metalwork products including gates, railings, balustrades and staircases to name but a few.
Our clients include private clients, homeowners, facilities managers, designers, architects, structural engineers, small builders, developers and main contractors.
Be it a residential, commercial, new-build or a remodelling & refurbishment project Quartco has it covered and will provide you with sound advice, competitive quotations and short lead times.
Our in-house design team will be happy to work with your own drawings and dimensions or we can liaise and collaborate with you, developing and modelling your ideas and concepts within a three dimensional CAD environment.
Dedicated to precision and quality our fabricators specialise in MIG and TIG welding processes, having in-house access to a wide range of metalworking machinery we can shear, grind, saw, cut, crop, roll, press, drill, punch and CNC plasma cut most metals. We are usually able to offer express processing on stock materials and builders beams. Priming, wet spraying, galvanising, polishing and powder coating services are also available.
