Quartco was founded by Chris Quarterman and his two sons, Matt and Dan, together with fellow founder Eddie. As a second-generation, family-run business, we place real value on personal service, straightforward advice and taking pride in the work we deliver.

FROM YOUR FIRST IDEA TO THE FINISHED INSTALLATION
We tailor our involvement to your needs. You may require a single component manufactured to your drawing, builders’ beams supplied to site, or a complete architectural feature surveyed,
designed, fabricated and installed.
Our in-house design team can work with your drawings and dimensions, refine an existing proposal or help develop a concept from a simple sketch. Using detailed drawings and three-dimensional CAD models, we explore materials, connections and finishes before manufacture, helping you visualise the result and resolve important details early.
Where required, our site surveys establish the dimensions and conditions that shape the design,
while our installation service brings the finished elements together on site.

Our strength lies in our multi-disciplined approach. Working with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, timber and glass, we bring together the skills needed to create products that balance strength, function and appearance.
A bespoke staircase, for example, might combine a steel structure, timber treads, stainless steel detailing and glass balustrades. Considering these elements together allows us to coordinate dimensions, connections, finishes and installation as parts of one complete design.
For our customers, this means greater creative freedom, fewer separate suppliers to coordinate and consistent attention to the details that make the finished product work.

PRACTICAL CAPABILITY BEHIND EVERY PROJECT
Our workshop combines skilled fabrication with a wide range of metalworking machinery and processes. With expertise in MIG and TIG welding, cutting, forming, rolling, drilling, punching and CNC plasma cutting, we manufacture one-off parts, production batches and complex assemblies.
Express processing is usually available for stock materials and builders’ beams. Priming, wet spraying, galvanising, polishing and powder coating services are also available, with finishes selected to suit the application, environment and appearance you want to achieve.
